In order to help us work in the best conditions please try to follow these indications : Indoor parties : The chill-out zone is the best location for our space Inside the chill-out zone , we would prefer a place out of the direct range of loud speakers or if possible reduce the volume of the nearest loud speakers. Our space would be a non-smoking area. Depending on the number of our members providing services, we would need at least 15 square meters Since most of our work is done during the early morning, we will only offer our services in overnight parties ending not before 10H30 AM next morning. Outdoor parties and festivals : Ideally, our space would be located near the chill-out, or at least away from the main-floor sound system. A flat area would be necessary We would also need electric facilities.
Both our presence in the site as well as our services are free of charge, but our statutes enable us to accept donations. These will be immediately invested back in order to buy equipment needed to improve our services. We would nevertheless welcome the payment of some expenses, in as much as the financial means of the inviting organizations allow. For example we would ask for : Free entrance for our performing members Tickets for food and drinks If possible, total or partial payment of travelling expenses. Since our services in a site fully integrate with the different performances offered, we would also like the inviting organization to announce our presence on its advertising mediums and to sign-post our emplacement within the party ground.
Our services are not of a medical type, they belong to the field of well-being, information and counselling. We are in no way claiming to take the place of medical services present on the site. But we are willing to cooperate with them. The medical training of some of our members makes it possible to spot some potentially dangerous situations (heat stroke, fainting) and to refer the matter to the emergency stall. They can in turn direct those people need only care or comforting to our place.
